Construction Estimating Services are priced and measured estimates in the form of a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) created for for private clients, main contractors and commercial clients across England.
We will produce a Bill of Quantities and/or a Scopes of Works for tendering or valuation purposes. We currently have a 95% success rate winning jobs for our contractor companies and also boast a 97% accuracy rate on all construction estimates.
At Oakley Blythe, we consider all Prelims, construction works, insurances, plant, labour, materials, provisional sums. We use the latest New Rules for Measurement volume 2 (NRM2) for take-offs.
